Having previously released the first eight Kettle movies on two double-sided discs, and the last two on a single disc via the TCM Vault line, Universal Studios has now combined all ten in one set with the announcement of Ma and Pa Kettle - Complete Comedy Collection.
Set for release on September 27th, the 5-disc set (on single sided DVD-9's) will retail for 19.98, but is available at ClassicFlix.com for only $15.99. Bonus features are select theatrical trailers.
SYNOPSIS:

After their scene-stealing roles in The Egg and I, Ma and Pa Kettle (Marjorie Main and Percy Kilbride) earned their own starring turn and a wildly popular franchise was born. The hillbilly duo have their hands full with a ramshackle farm and a brood of rambunctious children. When the future comes a-callin’ in the form of modern houses, exotic locales and newfangled ideas, Ma and Pa must learn how to make the best of it with luck, pluck and a little country charm!
