The Old and Blu: Kino has announced a new 2-disc Ultimate Edition for the previously released Steamboat Bill, Jr. Bonus features are not yet known. They've also announced Steamboat Bill's Blu-Ray debut.

The New: Lost Keaton - 16 Comedy Shorts (1934 -37) is also coming from Kino with 16 of Buster's comedy shorts for Edutcational Pictures. The 2-disc set features 14 shorts that are new to DVD as well as a stills gallery and film notes by David Macleod.

Paramount has announced a July 13th release date for The Lucy Show - Season 2. The 4-disc set, according to the cover art, will have cast commercials, newly recorded interviews and more.

This second season was filmed in color, but broadcast in black and white. It wasn't until the
'65-'66 season that Lucy was broadcast in color. Although not stated, this DVD set will likely be in color.

Five more Warner Archive titles have been added at WBShop this go round. All are 1960's Tarzan films with Jock Mahoney or Mike Henry as Tarzan.

RAFT, BENNETT: The House Across the Bay (1940) on April 30th

It appears as TCM/Warner has struck a deal with Castle Hill Productions as TCM is now listing The House Across the Bay (1940), a Castle Hill property, with an April 30th release date. The title is exclusive to TCM's website, but will be available for rent here at ClassicFlix.com.

It is not clear if it is a pressed DVD or DVD-R, but it will have bonus features (below) similar to TCM's Lost and Found RKO Collection which is DVD-R.

Nothing has been officially announced regarding TCM releasing other Castle Hill properties, but this release bodes well for Joan Bennett fans as Castle Hill owns several of her films -- Trade Winds, Vogues of 1938 and I Met My Love Again (All from 1938).
