Becoming Charley Chase which had been set for release this coming Tuesday has been indefinitely postponed. Speaking directly with David Kalat of All Day Entertainment, he cited lackluster sales in All Day's recent silent releases as the reason for not moving forward at this time.
All purchases for Becoming Charley Chase have been refunded.
That sure is a shame. I hope that as many people as possible will purchase some of the other dvds that they offer, in order to encourage them to release this Chase set. There are a great many silent film fans who would love to buy this dvd, even more than the other ones that All Day is selling.
